1. Company Information
Daniel Groupe is a multi-service provider based in Athens, Greece, offering:
- Renovation Services (structural works, interior design, remodeling, and turnkey solutions),
- Plumbing & Electricity (installation, upgrades, maintenance, repairs),
- Gourmet Food Export (sourcing, quality control, and logistics for specialty Greek products).
We serve both consumers and business clients in Greece and abroad.
2. Scope of Services
Renovation Services
Comprehensive renovation projects handled by skilled professionals, including planning, design, construction, and finishing works.
- We work in compliance with Greek building regulations and safety standards.
- Clients must provide necessary permits and approvals before work begins.
Plumbing & Electricity
Work is carried out by licensed professionals and in accordance with applicable Greek codes and standards.
- Job scope, parts, and timelines are clarified before commencement.
- Site access and safe working conditions must be provided by the client.
Gourmet Food Export
We source, prepare, and deliver goods domestically and internationally subject to availability and compliance with customs and import laws.
- Responsibility for import permits, duties, taxes, and local compliance rests with the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Availability
All services are subject to scheduling, location, and regulatory requirements. We may adjust or decline requests that are unsafe, non-compliant, or not feasible.
3. Bookings & Orders
- Appointments/Call-outs: Book online, by email, or phone. Confirmation depends on availability and, where relevant, deposit/payment.
- Changes: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel appointments to avoid fees (see §5).
- Export: Orders are subject to stock, lead times, and compliance checks. Pro-forma invoice/contract terms prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. Quotes depend on scope, location, duration, materials, and current market prices.
- For exports, listed prices typically exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and bank fees unless agreed in writing.
- We accept card payments, bank transfer, and approved online gateways. Payment terms appear on the invoice/quote.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Services: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 100% of the service fee (including call-out costs or special order parts).
- Exports: Once production/packing/shipment begins, orders are typically non-refundable. Any exception must be agreed in writing.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and safe access to premises for on-site services.
- Ensure that any necessary permissions (e.g., building access, landlord approvals) are in place.
- For imports, ensure all local permits and taxes are handled in a timely manner.
7. Liability & Warranty
- We perform services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, supply issues, client delays, etc.).
- Workmanship Warranty (Renovation/Plumbing/Electrical): Unless otherwise stated, workmanship is warranted for 3 months from completion. This excludes wear-and-tear, misuse, modifications by others, hidden pre-existing defects, or third-party components.
- Renovation Services: We are not responsible for delays or cost changes caused by unforeseen structural issues, material shortages, or changes requested mid-project.
- Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service/order giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on danielgroupe.gr (logos, text, graphics, images, design, and code) is owned by Daniel Groupe or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
